Refund Request If you wish to request a refund, please contact us by email at lightmarket@foldbucket.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Please provide your order number and the reason for the refund so that we can better process your request.
Refund Conditions To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories attached. We will not be able to process a refund request if the product is damaged or has obvious signs of use.
Refund Process Once we receive your refund request and the returned product, we will review it within 5 business days. If the refund conditions are met, we will refund the original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for banks to process a refund may vary.
Shipping Costs The refund amount does not include the original shipping costs. In the case of returns due to product defects or wrong shipments, the shipping costs will be borne by us; otherwise, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
